Embroidery/Screenprint business sold, owner actively involved, operational systems and accounting was good, but marketing system was lacking

We sold a Embroidery/ Screen-print business with 42 embroidery heads, 2 automatic screen print machines, plus 6 color manual head, owner was actively involved.  25 years in business, owner health had declined, wife was seeking to retire from her realty business.  Since we specialize in this area, we lined up 11 buyers within 3 days and sold the business in 2 weeks.  A very happy buyer out of Florida from our contacts took over this business, while continuing his golf game.  The buyer was nearly 70 years old and had a knack for turning an owner operated business, into an automated turnkey operation along with other companies that he had.  The wife sold the realty promptly after the business sale and had an additional high value sale.
