Sold an Illinois Auto Parts Warehouse Store -father decided to sell and move to dryer climate with warmer temperatures

Auto Parts Warehouse Store

Father-and-son business. Father became ill.

Son was in outside sales and knew nothing about administration software. We found and referred a CPA to come in and compile the financials so that prospective buyers would be able to evaluate the numbers. We brought two buyers. The first buyer was qualified and wanted to relocate the business but was unable to finalize and did not want to keep the son on payroll.

The second buyer—a muscular, healthy, fit, high-energy younger man—was motivated and worked with us to complete the sale and accommodate all three family members.

After the training was completed, the owner and son moved out of state to a warmer, very dry climate.
